1. Eligibility

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at admin@sigmacode.in of any unauthorised access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Product Information and Pricing
- We make every effort to display colours, sizes, and product details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device displays colours identically to the actual product.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders placed at a wrong price, and modify product availability without notice.
- In the event of a pricing error, we will offer you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Placing an Order
- Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when we confirm dispatch via email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to): product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery address issues.
- In the rare event of cancellation by us, we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
5. Payment
- We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking and major Wallets.
- Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available — we are working with our partners to enable it soon.

8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and designs — is the property of Sigma Code or our licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
- The "Sigma Code" name, logo, monogram and all associated marks are trademarks of Nizae Lifestyle Private Limited.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
- Personal, non-commercial use (screenshots for sharing your purchase, social media posts tagging us) is permitted and encouraged.
9. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or any other content to our Site:
- You grant Sigma Code a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.
- You warrant that such content is original, accurate, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, is offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers or databases.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our express written consent.
- Place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment information, or exploit promotions/coupon codes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality, including introducing malware or viruses.
- Resell our products without authorisation.
11. Promotions, Discounts and Coupons
- Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.
- Abuse of promotional offers (creating multiple accounts, using codes outside their intended scope) may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
12. Disclaimers

13. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sigma Code, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any third-party rights.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
