We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we make returns as painless as possible.
How Returns Work
Eligibility
- Unused items with original tags attached
- Original packaging intact
- No signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- All original accessories included
- Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
- Innerwear, socks, and final sale items
- Items marked "Non-returnable" on the product page
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customised or personalised products
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests raised after 7 days cannot be honoured, regardless of the reason.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- The item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
- Original tags must be attached and intact.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories (belts, buttons, care cards) must be included.
- Items returned without meeting these criteria will be sent back to you, and refund will not be issued.
3. Reverse Pickup
- We arrange free reverse pickup for most PIN codes.
- Please keep the item ready with original packaging at the time of pickup.
- If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we will guide you through self-shipping (courier charges will be reimbursed with refund).
4. Size Exchange
- Size exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
- No price difference applies for size exchange.
- You can request a size exchange from the My Orders page.
5. Refund Timelines
Once the returned item passes our quality check:
- Prepaid orders (Card/UPI/Netbanking): Refund initiated in 2–3 business days, credited in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or Sigma Code store credit. Takes 5–7 business days after bank details are provided.
- Store credit: Issued instantly on request, valid for 12 months, usable across multiple orders.
6. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from your My Orders page. Full refund will be issued.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery and the order will be treated as a return (with applicable charges if any).
- Orders cancelled by us (due to unavailability, pricing error or fraud checks) will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered:
- Do not wash or alter the item.
- Take clear photos of the defect and the packaging.
- Email admin@sigmacode.in within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and your order number.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
8. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will dispatch the correct item at no additional cost and arrange free pickup of the incorrect one.
9. Return of Gift/Promotional Items
If your order included a free gift or promotional item tied to a minimum order value, the gift must also be returned if your returned items bring the order below that threshold. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
