At Sigma Code, we ship across India with a focus on reliability, tracking and on-time delivery. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
1. Order Confirmation & Processing
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing an order.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping email with your tracking number and courier details.
- You can also track your order from your Profile page.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, local restrictions or public holidays.
3. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, Shadowfax, Ecom Express and Indian Post, depending on the PIN code. The courier is selected automatically based on the best serviceability and SLA for your area.
4. Express Delivery
For urgent orders in select metro cities, we offer express delivery (same-day or next-day). Charges apply based on location and are calculated at checkout or you may request express delivery from the homepage footer.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently we do not offer Cash on Delivery for orders. However, we are working with our partners to make COD payment options available to you as well. In the meantime, we accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and major wallets at checkout.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking link is sent via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
- Tracking is live within 24 hours of dispatch.
- You can track status from your Orders page.
- If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, contact us at admin@sigmacode.in.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
- If the order cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses. If you spot an error, contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
9. Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments
- Damaged on arrival: Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with. Take photos and notify us within 24 hours.
- Lost in transit: If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours. We'll launch an investigation with the courier.
- Missing items: If your package arrives with missing items, send us a photo of the opened package and invoice within 48 hours.
10. International Shipping
